I Gave on the Inner Planes - or - Be Careful What You Say!

"There are more things in heaven and earth, Horatio,
Than are dreamt of in your philosophy."

William Shakespeare

I had a truly Twilight Zone experience yesterday. I took a big bag of old financial files to a shredding company (much easier than doing it all myself). The attendant took my bag, shredded it while I watched, came back to the counter where I stood, and asked for payment. While I dug the $7 out of my wallet, he sat down at a computer at a desk that was just on the other side of the counter, and took my name, address, etc.

I pulled out a five dollar bill and 2 one dollar bills, noting that this was one of two fivers, and the only two singles, and laid them on the counter, with the fiver on top. As I looked at them (and the attendant was still seated and typing, facing diagonally to me), I watched as the corner of the fiver lifted up. Simultaneously, I heard a 'phhht' sound, like when something gets caught in the hose entrance of a vacuum cleaner. The fiver literally vanished, as I was watching!

At first, I didn't believe my eyes. I thought it had blown onto the desktop just the other side of the counter. When the attendant finished typing and looked up at me to be paid, I pushed the tiny pile of bills at him. He counted out two -- and asked for the five. I said I was pretty sure the five had blown onto his desk -- but -- nothing. He and I searched the entire area, even moving things to look in places where a bill could not possibly have blown, and it was simply gone! There was no fiver anywhere. I checked my billfold, and no, there was just one fiver in there now, not two. So it's not like I thought I pulled it out and didn't.

I've had many anomalous experiences -- but this beats all.

Of course, I had to look at it psychically, which I did. I also asked a friend who is a very good psychic to look at it as well, because I didn't completely trust myself. We both got the following:

This sort of thing happens all the time. Things pop in and out of our physical reality, from and to other dimensions. Have you ever been absolutely sure you put, say, a necklace on top of a bureau, only to look and it's gone? Then it reappears later, sometimes there, sometimes somewhere else, maybe even somewhere you couldn't possibly have put it? Then you've had the experience. You probably explained it away, or thought your memory was going. It wasn't.

I was just privileged to actually see it happen, and to have enough physical world evidence that it wasn't something else, including a partial witness.

According to my friend,  it happens more easily with money, because money is just energy made tangible. (Certainly my husband has had several experiences of money just appearing in front of him, or falling out of what he thought was his empty hand). Apparently, someone in another dimension needed the energy more than I did, and I agreed to give it.

On a related note, I do volunteer my time and energies to ask for energetic protection or healing for people who really need it. And so for the last year or two, when money has been a bit harder to come by, and I've been asked to give money to worthy causes, I've occasionally replied, "I gave on the inner planes." I guess that's now literally true!

So be careful what you say -- even in jest -- words have power.

Manifesting Money, Part II

Yesterday when I took my shower, I noticed there was a really shiny dime on the floor of the tub. Weird place for a dime, huh?

I mean, it's not like a dime can fall out of your pocket in the shower. No one's cleaned the tub in about 10 days, sad to say, so it didn't fall out of a pocket that way. My husband and I are the only ones who use this bathroom, and I never keep change in my pockets anyway. When the tub isn't in use, we keep the shower curtain closed so as to dry out the liner to prevent it from molding, so it's unlikely that a dime fell out of one of my husband's khaki's pockets through the closed curtain into the tub.

So when he got home from work I told him about the dime, and he said, "When I was taking my shower this morning, holding the soap against my body with both hands, I heard a 'plink, plink', like a coin falling on a hard surface. But it was early, kind of dark, and I was in a hurry, so I never looked for anything." And that was the only way he could imagine that a shiny dime would be in our shower. I haven't got a better idea.

The Sorcerer's Apprentice

Or
Be Careful What You Ask For

You remember that old Disney cartoon, The Sorcerer’s Apprentice, don’t you? Maybe you remember it better than I do, because all I remember is that the apprentice used the sorcerer’s tools, while not really knowing how, and made a BIG mess. Well, I’m feeling a bit like that sorcerer’s apprentice at the moment.

I’ve been working with a new, powerful manifesting tool I’ve channeled recently, based in the “Heart of Relationship” (see http://10minutesaday.blogspot.com/2006/09/web-of-creation.html for details on the Heart of Relationship). And though I’ve advised people for many years that they need to be complete when they ask for something, carefully considering all aspects of what they choose to manifest, I find I’ve been falling short myself! Here’s an example:

I choose to easily manifest a car which runs on vegetable oil. As I’m not a mechanic, I need to either buy some kind of a diesel car and pay someone to convert it (and there is no consensus on what are the best cars to convert), or buy one that someone else has converted. This is looking like quite a project!

First, it probably requires that I have the money for the car (yes, there are other ways, but let’s not quibble). I figure I can find one that I actually want to drive (a relatively recent Jetta TDI) for $15,000 (you can find ancient Mercedes converted for less, but I don’t want an old clunker), which means finding $15,000 so that I can sell my old car after I have purchased the new car. (I generally don’t buy depreciating assets, like cars, with credit. And I hate spending my savings, so I want money to “show up”.) So I do my process, saying “I choose to have $15,000 show up.” That was the complete statement.

A couple of weeks later, while I was out of town, my husband called me to say that there was a FedEx envelope from my investment house for me, and did I want him to open it? Well, I had no idea what this could be, as I hadn’t talked to my financial advisor in months, so yes, I did want him to open it. There was a check for $15,000! Normally, if I want them to send me my own money, I have to fax a request, which I obviously hadn’t done in this case. When I called to find out why I’d been sent a check, the advisor’s assistant could give me no reason, was suitably embarrassed and apologetic, and, of course, resolved the issue as though it never happened.

But I do know, on a deeper level, why I got that check — I got exactly what I asked for -- $15,000 showed up! Now I am being more specific — I choose that a NEW $15,000 show up to buy my veggie oil car!
