Many years ago, my credit card processing bank was the Bank of Beverly Hills. They dropped me, with only 30 days notice because I was too risky a merchant, despite having never had even one bad charge. This was a hardship, because many processors won't take merchants who do work over the phone, called audiotext, which lumped me in with sex lines.
Today I noticed that the Bank of Beverly Hills been shut down by the FDIC earlier this year. Ironically, I'm still in business!
